the United States and China. We also rely on a sole or limited number of suppliers
for several key components utilized in the assembly of our products.
We regularly provide forecasts for orders, and we order products from our contract
manufacturers based on our projected sales levels, which is in advance of receiving
customer orders. However, customers may generally cancel or reschedule orders
without penalty, and delivery schedules requested by customers for these orders
frequently vary based upon each customer’s particular needs.
