Under these agreements, Ganfeng is entitled to 80% of the first 12,250 tonnes per annum (9,800 tonnes at full capacity), and Bangchak up to 6,000 tonnes per annum. The remaining approximately 3,800 tonnes per annum is uncommitted, with limited residual rights for Bangchak if production is below capacity. For the year ended December 31, 2025, the Company purchased its 49% share of Minera Exar’s lithium carbonate production and sold that volume to Ganfeng and Bangchak, acting as an agent in these transactions.
