None of the CRO agreements permit use of the Corporation's intellectual property for their own purposes. The Corporation's research and development activities comply with regulations in Canada, Australia, and the United States. Intellectual property is protected through patent applications, trade secrets, and international patent applications filed under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
