He was President from May 2019 to January 2021 and a director from May 2018 to January 2021. Saeed served as Executive Vice President of FV Pharma from December 2017 to May 2019, provided consulting services to FV Pharma from 2013 to 2017, and was President of ZZ Telecommunications Inc. from 2003 to 2017. He founded Platinum Telecommunications Inc. and was its CEO from 2011 to 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology. Donal Carroll, age 50, is Chief Financial Officer. He was interim CFO from July 2018 to January 2020, permanent CFO until May 2021, COO from August 2021 to August 2024, and resumed the CFO role on August 30, 2024. Carroll served as a Board member from May 2018 to August 2018 and from May 2021 to January 2024. Dr. Lakshmi P. Kotra, age 54, is a Director and serves as CEO of Lucid, President of FSD Biosciences, and CEO of FSD Australia as of November 25, 2023. Adnan Bashir, age 56, has been a Director since June 1, 2021.
