Under an agreement running through May 2028, EssilorLuxottica holds the sole and exclusive right to supply certain eyeglass lenses. The company operates four domestic manufacturing facilities located in Lawrenceville, Georgia; St. Cloud, Minnesota; Plano, Texas; and Salt Lake City, Utah, and maintains an outsourcing relationship with an international third-party facility. It has a 118,000 square foot distribution center in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and utilizes third-party carriers for product transportation as well as a third-party vendor for contact lens fulfillment and distribution.
