sources of supply for all of these materials, certain materials included in our

coke in our specialty materials products in our SCEM segment and polymer resins
in our microenvironment products in our AMH segment are obtained from a single
source or a limited group of suppliers. Additionally, our specialty gas products
in our SCEM segment use a broad range of specialty and commodity chemicals and
polymers in the development of its products, including parts and sub-assemblies
that are obtained from a single supplier or a limited number of suppliers, or
from suppliers in a single country. We have entered into multi-year supply agreements
with a number of suppliers for the purchase of raw materials in the interest of
supply assurance and to control costs.
