The Company manages vineyard acreage to maintain consistent wine quality and profitability by removing underperforming or misaligned vineyards. As of December 31, 2025, it owns 720 plantable acres, with 455 acres currently planted across Pine Ridge Vineyards, Archery Summit, Chamisal Vineyards and Malene Wines, Seghesio Family Vineyards, and Seven Hills Winery.
Pine Ridge Vineyards, acquired in 1991, holds acreage in five Napa Valley appellations. It has a permitted annual production capacity of up to 285,000 gallons (approximately 120,000 cases) and a current fermentation and processing capacity of 70,000 to 75,000 cases. Pine Ridge produces Cabernet Sauvignon, Bordeaux-style blends, and Chenin Blanc and Viognier. The latter two are made from purchased grapes and bulk wine juice processed at third-party custom winemaking facilities, with contracted capacity up to approximately 200,000 cases for 2025.
Archery Summit, established by Crimson in 1993, owns acreage in the Dundee Hills AVA of Oregon's Willamette Valley. It has a permitted annual production capacity of 50,000 gallons (about 21,000 cases) and a current capacity of 16,000 to 21,000 cases. Archery Summit produces estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, as well as the Vireton brand, which is primarily made from purchased grapes from the Willamette Valley appellation.
Both Pine Ridge Vineyards and Archery Summit operate facilities that include crush, fermentation, aging, bottling, tasting rooms, hospitality centers, and administrative offices. These facilities feature special event dining areas, including underground caves. In 2023, Archery Summit completed a tasting room expansion adding 1,800 square feet overlooking estate vines and the Willamette Valley.
