Crown Crafts Inc's Comment on Supply Chain

The Company primarily utilizes contract manufacturers, mainly in China, for product production. Sourcing decisions consider quality, delivery timeliness, price, ocean freight, and duties. The Company maintains relationships with a limited number of suppliers but identifies alternative sources as available. Management and quality assurance personnel conduct regular audits of third-party facilities to ensure product quality and compliance with labor, social, and environmental standards. The Company operates foreign offices in Shanghai and Shenzhen, China, to coordinate production, purchasing, shipments, vendor sourcing, and inspections. Products are warehoused and distributed domestically from leased facilities in Compton, California, and Eden Valley, Minnesota, and internationally from third-party logistics warehouses in Belgium, Shanghai, and the United Kingdom. Recent U.S. tariffs on imports from China have increased costs and impacted shipments from Chinese suppliers. The Company is seeking tariff refunds through the CAPE platform following a U.S. Supreme Court ruling. Licensed products, including trademarked and copyrighted designs, represented 52% of gross sales in fiscal year 2026.
