Crown Crafts Inc's Comment on Sales, Marketing and Customers
The Company’s products are marketed through a national sales force consisting
of salaried sales executives and employees located in Compton, California; Gonzales,
Louisiana; and Bentonville, Arkansas. Products are also marketed by independent
commissioned sales representatives located throughout the United States. Substantially
all products are sold to retailers for resale to consumers. The Companys subsidiaries
introduce new products throughout the year and participate at the ABC Kids Expo.
The Companys customers consist principally of mass merchants, mid-tier retailers,
juvenile specialty stores, value channel stores, grocery and drug stores, restaurants,
internet accounts and wholesale clubs. The Company does not enter into long-term
or other purchase agreements with its customers.
