The company maintains fixed, variable, and interruptible bilateral power supply agreements with multiple electric power suppliers at its facilities, including Tennessee Valley Authority, Murphy Electric Power Board, Duke Energy, Dalton Utilities, Nodak Electric Cooperative, Inc., Denton Municipal Electric, Texas New-Mexico Power, Oklahoma Gas & Electric, Austin Energy, and Alabama Power Company. These agreements provide both firm and interruptible power supply to dedicated substations. The company’s facility development teams are responsible for sourcing, evaluating, designing, engineering, and developing facilities for HPC colocation and bitcoin mining, primarily utilizing third-party contractors for construction. For mining equipment, the company uses specialized ASIC-based digital asset mining hardware. Historically, it sourced the majority of its miners from Bitmain Technologies Limited. In 2024, the company entered into an agreement with Block, Inc. to acquire customized 3 nm ASICs for digital asset mining.
