Cinemark Holdings Inc's Comment on Supply Chain

The company manages concession products through a distribution network in which all locations order directly from a distributor, with inventory levels monitored at each site to maintain appropriate stock. It faces supply chain interruptions, inflationary pressures, tariffs, and growth in lower-margin items that may affect costs and product availability. Food and beverage costs have been notably impacted by inflation, particularly for core commodities. To address these challenges, the company identifies alternative products and suppliers and implements strategic pricing measures. In the U.S., theaters participate in the in-theater digital network operated by National CineMedia, LLC ("NCM"), which provides advertising through the "Noovie" pre-show entertainment program and lobby promotions. The company receives a monthly theater access fee from NCM. Internationally, the company operates the Flix Media brand for screen advertising in Latin American countries, collaborating with local agencies and advertisers. Flix Media's offerings are expanding to include alternative content, digital media, and additional advertising products. The company invests in digital marketing and customer experience initiatives to engage guests, streamline the digital customer journey, and increase ticket and concession sales. Theaters' visual identity and physical flow are regularly reviewed to update signage, merchandise, food and beverage vessels, and employee attire.
