Surgery Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGRY) announced today that its subsidiary, Surgery Center Holdings, Inc., has secured commitments for a new $1.4 billion senior secured term loan. The loan will bear an interest rate of 3.50% per annum in excess of the applicable Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) index rate or, alternatively, 2.50% per annum in excess of an adjusted base rate. The loan will mature seven years after the closing date, and will be subject to standard terms and conditions.
