WMLP derived approximately 67% of its revenues from coal sales to three customers:
Pacificorp Energy, Inc. (34%), AEP (23%) and East Kentucky Power Cooperative
(10%). WMLP sells the majority of its tons under contracts with a weighted average
remaining supply obligation term of approximately four years.
Coal - Canada segment derived approximately 86% of its revenues from coal sales
to three customers: SaskPower (44%), Trafigura Pte. Ltd. (26%) and ATCO Power
(16%). We sell the majority of our Canadian tons under contracts with a weighted
average remaining supply obligation term of approximately nine years.
Coal - U.S. segment derived approximately 83% of its revenues from coal sales
to four customers: Public Service Company of New Mexico (36%), Colstrip Units
3&4 (24%), Colstrip Units 1&2 (12%) and American Electric Power Company,
Inc. (11%). We sell the majority of our U.S. tons under contracts with a weighted
average remaining supply obligation term of approximately three years.
