Versamet Royalties's Comment on Sales, Marketing and Customers



The Eskay Creek operation is anticipated to produce a high-grade gold-silver concentrate containing complex elements, necessitating a diversified marketing approach. In 2023, samples were sent to potential lead smelters and gold roasters, indicating a sales strategy involving lead smelters, traders, blenders, and roasters. China is expected to be the primary destination for most concentrate production. Skeena Resources secured project financing and advanced development, with first production projected for the second quarter of 2027. Versamet holds the Greenstone Gold Interest on the Greenstone Mine, owned by Equinox, entitling it to monthly gold deliveries based on production, with deliveries beginning in November 2023. Equinox retains an option to reduce deliveries under the Greenstone Gold Purchase Agreement. As of December 31, 2025, Versamet had received 9,100 ounces of gold, with 53,900 ounces outstanding for delivery. Customers and markets referenced include Deno Advisory, Equinox, Orion, Skeena Resources, and Versamet.
