Its Digital Banking Canada segment serves financial intermediaries by providing deposit and financing solutions. The Financing and Lending Receivable Purchase Program (RPP) invests in cashflows from origination partners who offer point-of-sale loans and leases to consumers and commercial clients in Canada and the U.S. The Multi-Family Residential Loans and Other (MROL) segment originates loans through mortgage brokers, syndication partners, and direct client contact, focusing on secured real estate assets primarily in Ontario and other Canadian provinces. VersaBank owns DRTC, a subsidiary specializing in cybersecurity solutions for financial institutions, multinational corporations, and government entities, and Digital Meteor, which develops digital asset technology for the banking and financial sector.
