The company serves customers in industries including retail chain, food service, entertainment, technology, and transportation. It operates sales offices or operations in the United States, Canada, and Brazil, with support services located in China and India. The Healthcare Apparel segment markets healthcare apparel under the brands Wink®, Fashion Seal Healthcare®, the trade name CID Resources, and a license of Carhartt Medical. This segment offers products such as scrubs, lab coats, protective apparel, and patient apparel primarily to healthcare laundries, dealers, distributors, retailers, and consumers mainly within the United States. Its product range includes career and service apparel for hospital and healthcare personnel, fashionable and institutional scrubs, laboratory coats, patient gowns, items for linen suppliers and industrial launderers, clean room apparel, personal protective equipment, and other mission-critical apparel. Distribution occurs through U.S. distribution centers or direct vendor shipments to customers. The Contact Centers segment operates through The Office Gurus® entities (TOG) and its subsidiaries in El Salvador, Belize, the Dominican Republic, the United States, and Jamaica (until the planned closure on June 15, 2025). This segment provides outsourced business process outsourcing, contact, and call-center support services to North American customers. The Branded Products segment produces customized products that support branded marketing programs, gifts with purchase, branded uniform programs, corporate awards, incentives and recognition programs, event promotions, employee and consumer rewards and incentives, as well as specialty packaging and displays.
