The acquisition of Omars, a European towing and recovery vehicle manufacturer, expanded Miller Industries' operations in Europe. The acquisition of Southern Hydraulic Cylinder, Inc. (SHC) strengthened the company's supply chain stability. Miller Industries serves markets involving towing and recovery equipment, including car carriers used for transporting new or disabled vehicles and industrial equipment over long distances.
