The company operates the MIAX Exchange trading platform, serving the U.S. options trading industry with a focus on throughput, latency, reliability, and wire-order determinism. It manages multiple markets across asset classes including options, cash equities, futures, and options on futures. Its SEC-regulated options exchanges include MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl, MIAX Emerald, and MIAX Sapphire. The company also operates MIAX Pearl Equities, an SEC-regulated U.S. equities exchange, and MIAX Futures Exchange, LLC, a CFTC-regulated futures and options on futures exchange. Additionally, it oversees The Bermuda Stock Exchange, regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority, and The International Stock Exchange Group Limited, regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. The company owns Dorman Trading, LLC, a full-service Futures Commission Merchant registered with the CFTC and NFA. In July 2024, it entered into a license agreement with Bloomberg Index Services Limited to develop proprietary index futures, options on futures, and cash index options based on Bloomberg indexes, securing exclusive rights to list these products in North and South America on its affiliated exchanges beginning in the second quarter of 2026.
