The company operates casino resorts and properties primarily through four segments: Las Vegas Strip Resorts, Regional Operations, MGM China, and MGM Digital. The Las Vegas Strip Resorts segment includes Aria, Bellagio, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, MGM Grand Las Vegas, Mandalay Bay, Luxor, New York-New York, Excalibur, and Park MGM. The Regional Operations segment comprises MGM Grand Detroit, Beau Rivage, Gold Strike Tunica (until February 2023), Borgata, MGM National Harbor, MGM Springfield, Empire City, and MGM Northfield Park. Over half of the net revenue from Las Vegas Strip Resorts is derived from non-gaming operations such as hotel accommodations, food and beverage, and entertainment, while the majority of revenue from Regional Operations comes from gaming activities. The company serves customers wagering with cash or paying for non-gaming services with cash or credit cards, targeting different customer segments and utilizing convention and meeting facilities to maximize hotel occupancy and customer volumes. Casino operations include slot machines, table games, and premium high-limit rooms and lounges. The company owns approximately 56% of MGM China, which owns MGM Grand Paradise, the operator of MGM Macau and MGM Cotai in Macau. Other properties associated with the company include Four Seasons, The Park, The Reserve at Park MGM, The Signature, Vdara, and W Las Vegas.
