Our customers include large enterprise companies across a wide range of industries including retail, healthcare, transportation and logistics.
We value the relationship we have with our customers and understand the need for partners who add value to their businesses. We focus on key operational elements intended to resonate with our customers business needs, creating long term relationships that are the Company?s life blood.
Kaiser Permanente accounted for approximately 14%, of our net sales. All (or substantially all) of our customers order products and services from us on a purchase order basis with purchase terms that may vary by purchase order. In addition, with respect to Kaiser Permanente, certain terms of our relationship are governed by a Master Services and Products Agreement that provides that the fees and prices charged by us are subject to certain limitations.
