The company is developing an Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) plant for a Naval Support Facility in the South Pacific as part of its Small Business Innovation Research program. Its market focus is on providing sustainable electricity and desalinated water, aiming to design and build the first commercial-scale OTEC plant to address significant electricity and fresh water demands in these regions.
