The company's principal customers include investment-grade natural resource development companies, clients supporting critical mineral development, power generation entities, data center infrastructure projects, and U.S. Government contractors. For the year ended December 31, 2025, three customers accounted for 28%, 11%, and 11% of revenues, respectively. In 2024 and 2023, one customer represented approximately 48% and 62% of revenue, respectively. The company operates in the HFS-South, Government, and WHS market segments, which contributed 44%, 22%, and 30% of revenue, respectively, in 2025. Competitors in these markets range from small independent businesses and RV parks to temporary facility and tent providers. The company offers a broader suite of hospitality services compared to these competitors.
