PM USA manufactures and sells combustible cigarettes, with Marlboro as its principal brand, targeting the U.S. cigarette market. Middleton produces and sells machine-made large cigars, primarily Black & Mild, to U.S. customers. USSTC produces and markets moist smokeless tobacco products, including premium brands Copenhagen and Skoal, and the value brand Red Seal. Helix sells on! oral nicotine pouches. NJOY manufactures and sells e-vapor products. Horizon Innovations LLC, a joint venture with JTI (US) Holding, Inc., markets and commercializes heated tobacco stick products in the U.S. The smokeable products segment includes cigarettes and cigars, with shipment volumes of 61.8 billion cigarettes and approximately 1.8 billion cigars projected for 2025. The oral tobacco products segment includes moist smokeless tobacco and oral nicotine pouches.
