Paul Kellenberger, age 66, serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. Erick DeOliveira, age 56, has been Chief Financial Officer since April 2024, following his role as Deputy Chief Financial Officer from September 2023 to April 2024. His prior experience includes CFO positions at Fernish.com (February 2023 to July 2023), 100Plus (April 2016 to October 2021), and Ticketfly (April 2016 to April 2019), as well as Head of FP&A at Anaplan (October 2021 to April 2022). He has held leadership roles at Amazon.com and Microsoft and served as a Naval Officer. DeOliveira holds degrees from the Royal Military College of Canada and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Michael Harper, age 60, has been Chief Product, Engineering and Marketing Officer since April 2011. He has owned Pathway for Success, LLC since December 2005 and previously held executive roles at Fortisphere, Inc. (March 2007 to July 2009) and Syfact International B.V. (January 2006 to December 2006). Harper holds a B.S.E.E. from Tulane University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
