John Foley, aged 70, has served as Chairman of the Board since December 2024. He is a qualified Barrister and Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience on UK listed public company boards. Foley was CEO of two UK listed companies from 1992 to 2006 and Chairman of three UK listed companies from 2007 to 2022. He co-founded and chaired Premier Technical Services Group Ltd and was Chairman of SEC Newgate Group until 2023.
Paul Ellerbeck, aged 49, has been a director since November 2021 and has held roles as CTO and CEO, focusing on WeShop's technology platform. He has a 30-year technology career, including positions at easyGroup, DMGT, and as CTO of Fish4Jobs. Ellerbeck is the sole director of CSIL and holds approximately 19% of the company’s Class A shares.
Johnny Hickling, aged 34, has been a director since July 2025 and CFO since August 2025. His previous roles include Group Head of Treasury at Sancus Lending (January 2024 to May 2025), Management Accountant at Carlton Management Services/Somerston Family Office (April 2019 to January 2024), and positions at KPMG Channel Islands and Deutsche Bank. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Paul Teasdale, aged 59, has been a director since May 2025. He is co-founder, former CEO, and current executive chairman of Premier Technical Services Group Limited, a provider of specialist services to the construction and facilities management sectors employing over 3,000 people.
