Uranium Energy's Comment on Sales, Marketing and Customers
We entered into a multi-year uranium sales contract in June 2011, as amended in
January 2012, requiring the delivery of a total 320,000 pounds of U3O8 by us over
a three-year period starting in August 2011. The sales price was based on published
market price indicators at the time of delivery. During the year ended July 31,
2012 and 2013 (“Fiscal 2012” and “Fiscal 2013”), a total
of 290,000 pounds of U3O8 were sold under this contract and during Fiscal 2014,
the remaining delivery commitment of 30,000 pounds under this contract was cancelled
at no cost to the Company. At July 31, 2016, we had no uranium supply or “off-take”
agreements in place.
