The largest single customer, a prime defense contractor, represented 15% and 22% of revenue in fiscal 2026 and 2025. Defense customers are engaged in advanced defense and aerospace systems, including programs for the U.S. Navy’s Virginia-class fast attack submarine and Columbia-class ballistic missile submarine. The company also produces components for commercial and military aircraft, including military helicopters. Revenue by industry was 99% from Defense and 1% from Precision Industrial in both fiscal years. Customers generating 10% or more of revenue in various years include Customer A, Customer C, Customer D, Customer E, and Customer F. Revenue by segment highlights Ranor and Stadco as significant contributors. As of March 31, 2026, the company had a backlog of $52.2 million, expected to be fulfilled over the next two to three years.
