Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) has recently announced the appointment of Vineeta Agarwala, M.D., PhD, to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Dr. Agarwala brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position and will serve as a member of the Quality, Compliance, and Ethics Committee, as well as the Human Resources Committee. With this appointment, the size of the Tenet Board has increased to 13 directors.
