The Commercial Banking segment provides loan and deposit products, including retail lending, mortgage banking, deposit services, online and mobile banking, private banking, commercial lending, commercial real estate lending, leasing, treasury management, merchant services, international banking, correspondent banking, credit card services, and securities brokerage through a third-party broker-dealer. The WM&T segment offers investment management, financial and retirement planning, trust and estate services, and retirement plan management for businesses and corporations. Bancorp primarily serves Louisville, Kentucky, and also operates in central, eastern, and northern Kentucky, Indianapolis, Indiana, and Cincinnati, Ohio. Key revenue sources include net interest income, non-interest income from WM&T activities, deposit service charges, card services, treasury management, mortgage banking, brokerage, and other ancillary services.
