Chuanbo Jiang, aged 39, serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, appointed to these roles in 2023. He holds a bachelor's degree in management from Ocean University of the PRC and an intermediate auditor certificate.
Diana Li, aged 36, has been Chief Financial Officer since November 2023. She has over nine years of experience in accounting, taxation, and finance, specializing in SEC regulations and Nasdaq compliance. Her prior roles include positions at Guangzhou Jing Tian Enterprise Management Consulting Service Co., Ltd and Canuswa Accounting and Tax Services Inc. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant of Canada and a graduate of Simon Fraser University.
Huyun Gao, aged 39, has served as Chief Operating Officer since June 2023. She brings 15 years of business management experience, including roles at YLAN, Shanghai Fill-in-the-Blank Culture Communication Co., Ctrip, and Apax Group Limited. She holds a bachelor's degree in tourism management from East China Normal University.
Ke Dennis Xu, aged 54, has been Chief Technology Officer since June 2023. He has 23 years of experience in computing engineering, including positions as CTO of YLAN, chairman and general manager of BigData Resolution LLC, and general manager of RDS Group LLC. He holds master's degrees in computer science and chemical engineering, as well as a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Zhejiang University.
Zhaohui Randall Xu, aged 57, serves as an Independent Director. He has 33 years of experience in business management and finance, with expertise in financial reporting, SEC regulations compliance, and U.S. securities law.
