Majdi B. Abulaban, age 61, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since May 2019. He was previously employed by Aptiv PLC from 1985 to April 2019, where he held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President and Group President. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
Kevin Burke, age 56, has been Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources and Sustainability Officer since October 2019. He previously served as Head of Human Resources – North America at Valeo North America and held HR leadership roles at Lear Corporation, ITC Holdings, General Mills, Pulte Homes, and Dow Corning Corporation. He holds a BA in Communication and a Master of Labor & Industrial Relations from Michigan State University, as well as an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School.
Michael Dorah, age 59, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since March 2024. He was Senior Vice President and North American President since January 2021 and held senior roles at Delphi Technologies, Chassix, Inc., Acument Global Technologies, and American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc. He holds a BS in Materials Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA and MS in Materials Engineering from MIT.
Parveen Kakar, age 58, has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial and Technology Officer since September 2014. He joined the company in 1989 as Director of Engineering Services and held various positions, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Engineering and Product Development from 2008 to 2014.
