Before joining Spire in 2024, he was Executive Vice President of Utility Operations at CenterPoint Energy Inc., overseeing electric and natural gas businesses, and held various executive leadership roles at CenterPoint. S. C. Greenley, age 50, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since October 2025. He previously worked at Enbridge Inc. as Senior Vice President of Commercial Services, Gas Distribution and Storage, and held multiple executive leadership positions at CenterPoint over 25 years. A. W. Woodard, age 53, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since January 2025. He was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Spire Missouri and Spire Alabama until April 2025, and Vice President and Treasurer until April 2025. M. J. Aplington, age 44, has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer since January 2025. He was Vice President and Chief Legal Officer starting January 2024, General Counsel at Spire Alabama from October 2023, and General Counsel at Spire Missouri since January 2020. T. W.
