Gina Ocqueteau T. has served as Chair of the Board and member of the Directors Committee since April 2022, assuming the Chair position in May 2025. She holds a nursing degree from Universidad de Chile and an MBA from ESEM Business School, Madrid Campus. Ocqueteau is CEO of Waygroup Chile, founding partner of Crosscheck, and serves as director of the Asia Pacific Chamber of Commerce, Imagen Chile Foundation, UDD Ventures, and Enel Chile S.A. She is Vice Chair of Unión Emprededora, has been a director of Chile Mujeres since 2019, and was a member of the Advisory Council of the Ministry of Women and Gender Equity in 2021.
Gonzalo Guerrero Y. has been Vice Chair and member of the Safety, Health and Environment Committee since April 2017, becoming Vice Chair in May 2025. He holds a law degree from Universidad de Chile and a Master of Business Law from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Guerrero served as Chair of the Board from April 2022 to May 2025.
