Volk holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Villanova University. Tracy L. Willis has served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since December 2024, leading accounting and compliance functions. She joined Shentel in 2024 following 35 years in senior finance roles at The Walt Disney Company. Willis is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Delaware. Elaine M. Cheng has been Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer since March 2019, responsible for IT and project management.
