Todd E. Vogensen, age 57, has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since October 2023. He was Executive Vice President and CFO of Party City Holdings Inc. (2020–2023), Executive Vice President and CFO at Chico’s FAS, Inc. (2015–2020), and held finance roles at Michaels Stores, Inc., Gap, Inc., Hewlett Packard Company, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University.
Eric S. Haynor, age 62, has been Chief Operating Officer since June 2022. He spent most of his career at Ecolab in supply chain roles, including Senior Vice President of Industrial Supply Chain (2019–2022), Vice President of Global Equipment Operations and Strategy (2015–2019), and led Ecolab’s EMEA and Asia Pacific supply chain operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
Jeffrey L. Hutchings, age 59, has been Chief Innovation Officer since May 2022. He has over 20 years of experience in strategic business leadership in innovation and product introduction. He was Chief Product Officer at Skullcandy Inc. (2018–2022), Vice President of Product (2015–2018), and held engineering and director roles at HARMAN International (2010–2015). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Utah.
Jeffery S. Kerby, age 57, has been Chief of Owned Retail Officer since January 2023. He was Vice President and Head of Stores at Sephora Canada (2019–2023) and Senior Regional Director at American Eagle (2018–2019).
