Lim Say Wei, aged 52, serves as Director and Chief Executive Officer since October 25, 2024. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and founded the Group's operating subsidiaries in 2012. His prior roles include operations director at Propell Integrated Pte Ltd and senior project manager at SM Engineering Pte Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Management from the National University of Ireland and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering Management from Singapore Polytechnic, along with various professional certifications.
Sam Kai Mun, aged 45, is Director and Chief Operating Officer, appointed on April 17, 2025. He has more than 22 years of experience in the construction industry, joined the Group in 2013, and was promoted to general manager in 2016. Previously, he was a project manager at Nylect Engineering Pte Ltd and began his career at Propell Integrated Pte Ltd. He holds a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic and an ITC in Mechatronic Engineering from the Institute of Technical Education in Singapore, as well as construction safety certifications.
Yong Thiam Fook, aged 71, is an Independent Director and chairman of the audit committee. He has over 40 years of experience in finance and accounting, including C-level positions at SGX-listed companies. His previous roles include Executive Director at Beng Kuang Marine Limited, Chief Financial Officer of Labroy Marine Limited, and financial positions at JK Yaming International Holdings Limited, Kuok (Singapore) Ltd, Island Concrete group, and Neptune Orient Lines Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) from the University of London and is a Chartered Accountant (England and Wales).
Ho Soo Lih, aged 56, is an Independent Director and chairman of the nomination committee. He is a lawyer at Drew & Napier LLC specializing in real estate transactions, with a focus on corporate real estate.
