He has over 25 years of experience in business and corporate management, with previous roles at Beijing Weiqi Technologies Co. Ltd, Changzhou Hengmao Power Technology Co., Ltd, Tantech Holdings Ltd., Hangzhou B-Soft Group Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Wealthford Investment Management Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Mobile Communication Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Nantian Post and Telecommunications Co., Ltd. He has also lectured at Zhejiang University and Zhejiang Shuren University. Mr. Xu holds a Bachelor's degree in history from Suzhou University of Science and Technology, a Master's degree in history from Northeast Normal University, and a Master's degree in total quality management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He co-authored two industry standards issued by the China Electrotechnical Society.
Yiwei Xu, age 38, has been Chief Financial Officer since August 2025. She has over ten years of experience in accounting firms and banking investment divisions, including positions at Jiangsu Caihe Tax Consulting Limited, Founder Tax & Accountants Firm, and Ningbo Bank Co., Ltd. She holds qualifications as a Chinese Certified Public Accountant and Associate of the Association of International Accountants. Ms. Xu earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Nanjing University and a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Sydney.
Huiyan Xie, age 40, is Chief Operating Officer and a company co-founder, serving as vice president since October 2021. He has over ten years of experience in the e-bike industry, with prior roles at Tianjing Dilang Technology Co., Ltd, Beijing Weiqi Technologies Co., Ltd., and Wanda Beijing branch. Mr. Xie studied Electrical Engineering and Automation at Beijing Institute of Technology and is pursuing an MBA at the University of Tennessee and a Doctorate in Business Administration at Brest Business School.
Zhaohui Randall Xu, age 57, Yan Lu, age 43, and Harry D. Schulman, age 75, serve as Independent Directors.
