He has been a member of ITG's Board since 2015 and has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Bouhelier has held senior executive positions at BNP Paribas and Societe Generale.

James P. Selway III is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of White Cap Trading LLC, a proprietary trading firm. He has been a member of ITG's Board since 2007 and has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry. Selway also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Organization of Investment Professionals (NOIP).
