3. Jeanene O'Brien - Chief Information Officer: Jeanene O'Brien has been the CIO of IAA Inc. since 2019. She brings in more than 20 years of experience in IT and has held leadership positions at companies such as Grainger and IBM.
4. John Kett, Jr. - Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer: John Kett, Jr. joined IAA Inc. in 2019 as CFO and Treasurer. Prior to this, he served as an executive in a consulting firm and as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs.
5. Tim O'Day - Chief Operating Officer: Tim O'Day has been the COO of IAA Inc. since 2018. He has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry and has held leadership positions at companies such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car and ADESA.
