He holds a Bachelor's degree and an MBA in Accounting from Alfred University, is a Certified Management Accountant, Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis, and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and Financial Managers Society. He is 31 years old.
Sadie M. Hall has been Vice President and Chief Operating Officer / Compliance Officer since January 3, 2024. She joined the Bank as an accountant in September 2012, became Compliance Officer and Assistant Vice President in February 2015, and Vice President in January 2021. She holds the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager designation and serves as BSA/OFAC Officer for the Bank. She is a member of the Clifton Fine Hospital board and the Samaritan Medical Center Board of Trustees and is part owner of AJs Portables LLC. She is 35 years old.
