Feng Xie, age 49, has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since April 2024 and as a director since July 2023. He founded Gamehaus Inc. and has been its director since December 2020 and chairman since November 2023. He has also been chairman and CEO of Shanghai Kuangre since October 2016. Previously, Feng Xie was CEO of Shanghai Holaverse Network Technology Co., Ltd. from 2010 to 2016 and vice president of China at TCL Technology Group Corporation from 2009 to 2010. Prior to this, he was vice director of human resources at AIA Group Limited from 2017 to 2018 and a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from 2012 to 2017. He holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Nanjing University and a master's degree in Education and Psychology from the University of Cambridge.
Ling Yan, age 40, has been Chief Financial Officer and director since January 2025. She has been director and CFO of Gamehaus Inc. since December 2020 and November 2023, respectively, and CFO of Shanghai Kuangre since October 2016. Previously, she was CFO of Shanghai Holaverse Network Technology Co., Ltd. from 2013 to 2016. Ling Yan holds an Executive MBA from Fudan University and a bachelor's degree in Finance from Zhengzhou University.
Xi Yan, age 45, has served as Chief Technology Officer and director since January 2025. He has been a partner of Shanghai Kuangre since October 2016 and was a partner of Shanghai Holaverse Network Technology Co., Ltd. from 2011 to 2016. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Donghua University.
Yan Gong, age 52, has been an Independent Director since January 2025. He is a professor of Entrepreneurial Management Practice at China Europe International Business School since July 2013. He served as an independent director at Giant Network Group Co., Ltd. from 2016 to 2023.
