The bank enables online account opening for checking, savings, money market accounts, and certificates of deposit, and issues ATM/debit cards and eStatements. Deposit products are offered through retail banking at 29 branch offices staffed by bankers, branch managers, and operations personnel. FFB also serves specialty deposit customers, including large commercial clients and fiduciaries managing complex deposit relationships such as escrow, title, 1031 exchange accommodators, contractor retention escrows, commercial property management, homeowners’ associations, financial institutions, mortgage servicers, commercial borrowers, EB-5 projects, and political treasurers. These clients receive complex transactional servicing and reporting from the commercial client services team, which handles account management and contract review.
