The executive officers of the Company are Thomas McClelland, President and Chief Executive Officer, who joined the Company as an engineer in 1984, held various vice president roles, and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer on January 17, 2023; Oleandro Mancini, Senior Vice President, Business Development, who joined the Company in August 2000 as Vice President, Business Development, was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2010, and previously served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Satellite Transmission Systems, Inc. from 1998 to 2000 and as Vice President, Business Development and Engineering at Cardion, Inc., a Siemens A.G. company, from 1995 to 1998 and from 1987 to 1995; and Steven L. Bernstein, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer, who joined the Company in April 2010 as Controller, was appointed Chief Financial Officer in April 2016, and Secretary and Treasurer in January 2019, and previously worked in the North America accounting group of Arrow Electronics.
