Ezra Beyman, age 71, has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since 2018. He has over 30 years of experience in real estate, financial services, and insurance-related businesses, including co-founding a mortgage brokerage firm in 1985. He is responsible for acquisition strategy and operational integration at the company. Joel Markovits, age 45, has been Chief Financial Officer since January 1, 2023. He joined the company in June 2021, previously holding roles as Financial Reporting Manager and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining, he was a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey. Yaakov Beyman, age 43, joined the company in July 2018 and oversees insurance operations. He was formerly Executive Vice President of the Insurance Division at Empire Insurance Holdings. He manages operational oversight, strategy execution, and agency integration for the company’s insurance businesses and holds multiple insurance licenses.
