The Bank serves consumer and commercial customers by offering products including ATM cards, telephone banking, internet banking with online bill payment, mobile banking, and commercial deposit account services such as ACH origination and remote deposit capture. Its Wealth Management Division provides fiduciary services including trust management, guardianship, conservatorship, estate settlement, and investment advisory services. Investment products offered include individual retirement accounts, mutual funds, tax-deferred annuities, 529 college savings plans, life insurance, long-term care insurance, and brokerage certificates of deposit. Non-deposit investment products are provided through a third-party provider. The Bank is a member of Bankers Title Shenandoah, LLC, which sells title insurance, and an investor in Bearing Insurance Group, LLC, which brokers insurance sales through member banks. Additionally, the Bank invests in qualified affordable housing projects in Virginia to support low-income residential rental properties and provide tax benefits to investors.
