Brett Moyer is the Chief Financial Officer and Chairman of the Board. A founding member of the company, he has served as President and CEO since August 2010. Previously, he was President and CEO of Focus Enhancements, Inc. from 2002 to 2010 and held executive roles at Zenith Electronics Inc. from 1986 to 1997. He has served on the boards of DionyMed Brands Inc., Alliant International University, HotChalk, Inc., and NeoMagic Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Beloit College and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Kimberly Briskey has been a Director since June 2024 and serves as Chair of the Audit Committee. She is currently Chief Financial Officer of Lemonaid SPV, Inc., overseeing finance strategy and operations. Her previous roles include senior finance positions at SPARC Group LLC, including Brand CFO for Eddie Bauer, and finance leadership roles at Lucky Brand, Beyond Yoga, J Brand, and GUESS', Inc., with a focus on financial planning, operational finance, and profitability improvement.
