The Light Vehicle segment includes the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) business, while the Commercial Vehicle segment encompasses the aftermarket business. Dana focuses on core on-highway markets and divested its Off-Highway business to Allison Transmission Holdings, Inc., with the transaction closing on January 1, 2026. Dana's customers include OEMs and aftermarket clients in the light vehicle and commercial vehicle markets.
