Cryoport Inc's Comment on Sales, Marketing and Customers



The company provides storage, handling, and delivery services for high-value, temperature-sensitive biological materials, with a focus on the cell and gene therapy (CGT) market. As of December 31, 2025, it supported 760 clinical trials and 20 commercially approved cell and gene therapies. Its integrated temperature-controlled supply chain solutions cover cell and gene therapy programs from preclinical research through clinical trials to global commercialization. The company operates through three units: Cryoport Systems, CryoGene, and MVE Biological Solutions, offering logistics, biostorage, cryopreservation, and cryogenic systems manufacturing. It divested its specialty courier business, CRYOPDP, to DHL Supply Chain International Holding B.V. for $133.0 million, including repayment of intercompany loans, and entered a master partnership agreement with DHL to support business development in the EMEA and APAC regions. The CRYOPDP business is classified as discontinued operations; all other information pertains to continuing operations.
