The company operates through three units: Cryoport Systems, CryoGene, and MVE Biological Solutions, offering logistics, biostorage, cryopreservation, and cryogenic systems manufacturing. It divested its specialty courier business, CRYOPDP, to DHL Supply Chain International Holding B.V. for $133.0 million, including repayment of intercompany loans, and entered a master partnership agreement with DHL to support business development in the EMEA and APAC regions. The CRYOPDP business is classified as discontinued operations; all other information pertains to continuing operations.
