Jianyu Yang, age 55, serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, holding the chairman position since November 2011 and CEO role since 2008. His previous roles include CEO of Eguard Resource Development Co., Ltd., vice president of Beijing Sound Environmental Group Co. Ltd., assistant to the general manager of Xiangcai Securities Co., Ltd., and senior economist at China Agricultural Bank. He earned a doctorate degree in economics from Liaoning University in 1999.
Zheng Cheng, age 63, has been a Director since 2008. He served as president from November 2011 to September 2015, chief operating officer from 2008 to September 2015, and co-chairman of the board from 2008 to 2011. He co-founded China Medstar and holds a bachelor's degree in clinical neurosurgery from the First Military Medical University of the People's Liberation Army of China, obtained in 1986.
Wei Jiang, age 46, has been Chief Financial Officer since 2025. He also serves as assistant to the chairman, acting chair of the new business committee, and CEO of Beijing Healthingkon Technology Co., Ltd. since June 2020. His prior experience includes executive director at CICC Capital (2016–2020), vice president at the Investment Banking Department of China International Capital Corporation (2007–2016), and senior auditor at Ernst & Young (2003–2007). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Peking University.
Wayne Yu, age 63, has been an Independent Director since September 2022. He is a professor at City University of Hong Kong since March 2015, with previous academic appointments at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (1999–2015) and Queen's University (1998–1999). He is a CFA charterholder, member of the Honorary Advisory Panel to the Financial Reporting Council in Hong Kong, and holds a Ph.D. in finance from the University of Alberta, awarded in 1997.
Liping Zhang, age 54, has served as an Independent Director since September 2017. She is an associate professor at Trinity Western University since 2014 and was a teaching assistant at the University of Ottawa from 1999 to 2004. She earned a doctorate degree in economics from the University of Ottawa in 2005.
Hongzhong Liu, age 55, has been an Independent Director since September 2022. He is a professor at Shanghai International Studies University since January 2020, vice president of the China Society of World Economics, and vice executive secretary of the Chinese Association of Asia-Pacific Studies. He was dean of the School of International Studies at Liaoning University from 2012 to 2019 and held various teaching positions there since 1999. He has been a visiting scholar at George Washington University, Washington University in St. Louis, and the KDI School of Public Policy and Management. He has published numerous books and articles and led 15 major projects, including one supported by the National Social Science Fund of China.
