He was previously a Partner at Forbion from January 2025 to March 2025. From February 2019 to September 2024, Dr. McNeill held various roles at Dyne Therapeutics, Inc., including Chief Business Officer, Senior Vice President of Business Development, and Vice President of Business Development. Prior to that, he was Associate Director of Business Development at Editas Medicine, Inc. (August 2015–January 2019) and a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (March 2014–August 2015). He earned a Bachelor of Arts in public policy and economics from the University of North Carolina and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania. Ellie Im, M.D., age 48, has served as Chief Medical Officer since April 2025. She was previously Senior Vice President of Clinical Development, Oncology, at Centessa Pharmaceuticals PLC from September 2023 to March 2025. Prior to that, Dr. Im held roles of increasing responsibility at Mersana Therapeutics, Inc.
